The Request for Tender has closed!

Thank you for your tender submissions!

Interested parties, either as single entities or consortia, were invited to submit tenders which address in whole or in part the main challenge of the Instand-NGS4P PCP project, which is

to develop fully integrated and standardized next generation sequencing (NGS) workflows

for routine diagnosis of common and rare cancers from adults and children.

As the common challenge consists of a number of sub-challenges, the procurement is divided into the following Lots, each corresponding to one sub-challenge:

— Lot 1: Pre-sequencing (Specimen collection, nucleic acid isolation, library preparation),

— Lot 2: Sequencing,

— Lot 3: Bioinformatics analysis,

— Lot 4: Integrated reporting.

The call is open to all operators on equal terms, regardless of the size, geographical location or governance structure. There is, however, a place of performance requirement that they must perform a minimum of 50% of the contracted R&D Services in EU Member States or Horizon 2020 associated countries (including the UK).

Deadline for tender submission: 19th of December 2021, 17:00 CET
