Open Market Consultation (OMC) Questionnaires

Three questionnaires for different stakeholder groups – users, solution providers and patient associations - have been developed as part of the Open Market Consultation (OMC). The feedback collected from the questionnaires will support the subsequent preparation of the call for tenders. The questionnaires also allow disclosure of confidential information to the project consortium, which will be treated with high confidentiality. Aggregated data from the results of the survey will potentially be published in an anonymous way, excluding the information labelled as confidential.

We would highly appreciate if you would take the time to fill in the section(s) related to your expertise. However, if you do not find the question relevant, feel free to select N/A (not applicable) as an answer or skip the question and move on to the next one.

Users Questionnaire
- addressed to users, including clinicians, of any areas covered by the NGS workflow

Solution Providers Questionnaire
- addressed to providers of any areas covered by the NGS workflow

Patient needs Questionnaire
- addressed to patients and patient associations

The personal information collected through the questionnaires will be exclusively used for the purposes of the project, will not be shared with third parties, and will be deleted after the closure of the project.
